Thai Asia A320 enroute and had a battery thermal runaway A Thai AirAsia Airbus A320-200, registration HS-ABX performing flight FD-3188 from Bangkok Don Muang to Nakhon Si Thammarat (Thailand), was enroute when smoke emanated from an overhead locker.  A passenger's power bank suffered a thermal runaway. Cabin crew used a fire extinguisher and secured the power bank in a container. The aircraft continued to destination for a safe landing. Lauda Europe A320 at Tallinn flap problems A Lauda Europe Airbus A320-200 on behalf of Ryanair, registration 9H-IHL performing flight FR-2225 from London Stansted,EN (UK) to Tallinn (Estonia), was on approach to Tallinn's runway 26 when the crew reported they had problems with their flaps and entered a hold for about 20 minutes.  The crew subsequently declared PAN PAN reporting their flaps were locked in the zero position and requested that emergency services were on standby for their landing though they expected a normal landing.  The aircraft landed safely on runway 26 at about 145 knots over ground about 30 minutes after the first onset of trouble. Eurowings A320 at Hamburg had tyre damage on landing A Eurowings Airbus A320-200, registration D-AEWN performing flight EW-6004 from Las Palmas,CI (Spain) to Hamburg (Germany) with 168 people on board, landed on Hamburg's runway 15 at 14:42L (13:42Z) but became disabled during the roll out and stopped on the runway.  Emergency services responded and are currently assisting passengers to disembark via mobile stairs onto the runway. According to preliminary information by police the aircraft suffered damage on two tyres on landing, airport emergency services are evacuating the aircraft. Avianca's A320 at Barranquilla engine surges on departure An Avianca Airbus A320-200, registration N230AC performing flight AV-8545 from Barranquilla to Medellin (Colombia), was climbing out of Barranquilla's runway 05 when the crew stopped the climb at 2000 feet after the right hand engine (CFM56) suffered repeated surges. Avion Express A320 at Vilnius; Temporary runway excursion An Avion Express Airbus A320-200, registration LY-NVL performing flight X9-8242 from Milan Bergamo (Italy) to Vilnius (Lithuania), landed on Vilnius' runway 19 at about 14:19L (12:19Z) but veered right off the runway onto soft ground, went across a turnoff and returned onto the runway centerline at about 5 knots over ground. The aircraft subsequently vacated the runway via the next turn off and taxied to the apron.  The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Vilnius about 6 hours after landing.
