Kalitta B747-400 sandwiched between fire warning and multiple system malfunction while in flight over the Atlantic

Kalitta B744 over Atlantic faces fire indication followed by multiple system malfunctions A Kalitta Boeing 747-400 freighter, registration N767CK performing flight KA-844 from Miami,FL (USA) to Amsterdam (Netherlands) with 5 crew and cargo of flowers, was enroute at FL370 over the Atlantic Ocean about 600nm west of Shannon when the crew donned their oxygen masks, declared emergency and descended the aircraft to FL260 after receiving a fire indication on board.  The crew decided to divert to Shannon (Ireland). Enroute towards Shannon the crew reported they now had multiple system malfunctions.  The crew requested high speed below FL100, deviated around weather, performed an ILS approach to, landed on Shannon's runway 24 and stopped on the runway.  Following a first inspection by emergency services the aircraft proceeded to the apron with emergency services in trail.  The crew advised that the fire indications had ceased during the landing roll, there was no trace of fire, smoke or h

One Air B744 near Amsterdam  two generators failed leaving no lateral navigation A One Air Boeing 747-400 freighter, registration G-ONEE performing flight HC-211 from London Heathrow,EN (UK) to Hong Kong (China), was climbing out of Heathrow's runway 09R when the crew stopped the climb at FL250, already over the North Sea reporting they had lost two of their four generators and requested radar vectors advising they had no lateral navigation left.  The aircraft initially turned back towards England, then turned again and diverted to Amsterdam (Netherlands) advising they didn't need any fuel dump, and landed safely on Amsterdam's runway 06 about 85 minutes after departure. Fire warning spotlights Cargolux B747-400 over the Atlantic yet again

Cargolux B744 over Atlantic faces main cargo deck fire warning A Cargolux Boeing 747-400 freighter, registration LX-NCL performing flight CLX-94K from Miami,FL (USA) to Amsterdam (Netherlands) with 3 crew and a cargo load of flowers, was enroute at FL370 over the Atlantic Ocean about one hour out of Shannon (Ireland) when the crew donned their oxygen masks and reported they had a main cargo deck fire warning.  The aircraft diverted to Shannon for a safe landing on runway 24 and stopped on the runway. The crew evacuated the aircraft via an emergency slide. Emergency services found no trace of fire, smoke or heat. The airport was closed for about two hours until the aircraft was towed off the runway.
